Treehouse TV’s, Splash’N Boots are making a Yellow and Blue Splash in the rich history of Canadian Childrens Music. Splash’N Boots joined the Treehouse family in February 2015, the number one pre-school channel in Canada, and created a brand new show. In just one year, they have created two seasons and over 100 episodes which air 4-6 times daily in 8.3 million homes across the country.
What began as a class project at Queen’s University has led to unprecedented success for this breakthrough duo. Over the last eight years, Splash’N Boots have performed more than 2,000 shows across North America, as well as internationally, selling out venues in Dubai, Italy, Bermuda and Australia. In addition, Splash’N Boots have released nine award-winning CDs, and three full-length DVDs. The cutting-edge duo enjoy coordinating blue and yellow with red-coloured carpet, having been nominated in 2014 and 2015 for Children’s Album of the Year at the JUNO Awards, and were crowned Canadian Children’s Music Group of the Year three times at the Sirius XM Independent Music Awards.
Having also shared stages with iconic children’s entertainer Fred Penner, in 2011 Splash’N Boots toured across Canada as the stars of Treehouse TV’s Roll Play LIVE, which aired nationally on the popular children’s network. In 2014, and 2015 they filled the massive Molson Amphitheatre for Treehouse televised performances alongside world renowned children’s entertainers, The Wiggles.
Splash’N Boots music is timeless and universal, with just the right amount of ridiculous – creating opportunities for parents and children to enjoy and share the moment, and enabling kids to feel empowered and positive. Unique and inventive, the tireless duo are constantly producing new material for the next generation of Puddle Jumpers.
From social media to their philanthropy with Sick Kids Hospital and Camp Ooch, a camp for Kids with Cancer, Splash’N Boots extends far beyond the stage alone. Since there’s always a new dance move to try out, a new reason to give a hug, Splash’N Boots continue to be passionate about what they do, inspired by the children they meet and continually prove to have an undeniably fresh approach to family entertainment.
