- There’s no Confederation bridge passes included with the ticket
- Tickets are non-refundable and there are no exchanges. All tickets all sales are final.

- Flash Freeze pricing will be in effect until December 31st, 2019 at midnight. Regular Prices will be in effect from the January, 1st 2020 – February 13, 2020 at midnight. On-site pricing will be in effect after this time.
- Aurora and Founders’ Food Hall and Market are free and open to everybody
